POST/api/v1/pdf/page-numbers

Add page numbers to a PDF — choose the position, font size, starting number, format and page range.

Authentication

Requires an API key in the X-API-Key header.

Parameters

pdfBase64stringrequired

Base64-encoded PDF file.

positionstringoptional

Where to stamp the number. Default bottom-center.

fontSizeintegeroptional

Font size, 6–48. Default 11.

startAtintegeroptional

First page number. Default 1.

formatstringoptional

Label format with {n} and {total} placeholders. Default "{n} / {total}".

pagesstringoptional

Page range to stamp, e.g. "1-3,5". Default: every page.

Response codes

  • 200Success.
  • 400Invalid request — check your body or parameters.
  • 401Missing or invalid API key.
  • 403The API key is not scoped to this endpoint.
  • 429Rate limit exceeded — retry after a short wait.
