About this tool

A carrier's shipping label often arrives boxed into the corner of a full A4 page alongside a commercial invoice — printable on a laser printer, but the wrong shape and size for a thermal label printer that expects exactly 100×150mm. This crops the label out and rescales it to the size that printer actually wants.

How to use it

  1. Upload the PDF and drag a box around the label region on the page.
  2. Pick a target size (a common preset, or a custom width/height in millimetres).
  3. Download the result — a new PDF, sized exactly to the target, with the selected region stretched to fill it.

Examples

Extracting a label from an invoice page

An A4 page with a shipping label in the top-right corner, selected and resized to 100×150mm
A single-page PDF exactly 100×150mm, showing just the label content, ready for a thermal printer.

Common problems

The output looks stretched or squashed.
The selected region is scaled independently on each axis to exactly fill the target size — if the selection's aspect ratio doesn't match the target's, the content will visibly distort. Adjust the selection box to match the target's proportions before generating.
