About this tool
A quote sent as an editable Word document invites edits that shouldn't happen; a proforma invoice needs to look final. Filling in a fixed layout and getting a PDF back solves both — line items, discounts and tax computed and laid out consistently every time.
How to use it
- Fill in your company details (and optionally a logo) and the customer's details.
- Add line items with quantity, unit price and a per-line discount percentage.
- Set a tax rate, add any notes, and download the PDF.

Common problems
- The logo doesn't appear in the generated PDF.
- Only PNG and JPG logos are supported — an SVG or WebP logo needs converting first (Image Converter handles that), and a logo with a transparent background renders correctly only as PNG.
