About this tool

A fillable PDF form is an AcroForm underneath — text fields, checkboxes, radio groups, dropdowns, all addressable by name. This reads that structure and renders it as a plain web form, so filling it out doesn't need a PDF viewer with form support at all.

How to use it

  1. Upload a fillable PDF — its fields appear as a form below.
  2. Fill in text fields, check boxes, and pick options from dropdowns and radio groups.
  3. Choose whether the result stays editable or gets flattened (values become permanent page content), then download.

Examples

Filling a simple intake form

A PDF with Name, Email and Agree-to-terms fields
The same PDF with those three fields filled in — still editable, or flattened into static text if that option was chosen.

Common problems

"No fillable fields found" for a PDF that clearly has blanks to fill in.
Those blanks are just static lines drawn on the page, not real AcroForm fields — some PDFs are designed to be printed and filled by hand, or filled with an overlay tool rather than a native form. This tool can only fill fields the PDF itself defines as form fields.
