About this tool
Lorem Ipsum is placeholder text used in design and typesetting to fill space before real copy is available. It has been in use since the 1500s when an unknown printer scrambled a passage from Cicero's 'de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum'.
Use it to prototype layouts, test fonts or fill wireframes — wherever real text would distract from the design itself.
How to use it
- Choose whether to generate paragraphs, sentences or individual words.
- Set the quantity.
- Optionally toggle the classic 'Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet...' opening.
- Click Generate and copy the result.
