Bulk Label Generator

Turn a label template and a spreadsheet into hundreds of ready-to-print ZPL labels.

1. Load a label template

Design a label in the Label Designer, use {{column}} placeholders in its text or barcode fields, then save it as a template and upload it here.

The template and your data file are processed entirely in your browser and never uploaded.

About this tool

A single label design is only half the job when you have a hundred products to label — the other half is generating each one with its own SKU, name and barcode without doing it by hand a hundred times. This connects a template from the Label Designer to a spreadsheet: one row becomes one label.

How to use it

  1. Design a label in the Label Designer using {{placeholder}} tokens in place of fixed text or barcode data, then export it as a template and upload it here.
  2. Upload an Excel or CSV file with one row per label. Every placeholder found in the template gets a column to map it to — an exact name match is picked automatically.
  3. Optionally choose a quantity column, so a row with quantity 3 produces three copies of that label.
  4. Step through the sample preview to confirm a few rows look right, then generate. Download the result as one combined ZPL file, or as a PDF for smaller batches.

Examples

A product labeling run

Template placeholders: {{sku}}, {{name}}; spreadsheet columns: SKU, Product Name, Qty
300 rows with quantity 2 each produce 600 labels in the output — one ZPL block per physical label.

Common problems

A placeholder shows no matching column to pick.
The dropdown lists every column found in your file's header row — check for a typo, extra space, or a different column order between the template's expectation and the actual file.
The warnings list flags rows as having empty barcode data.
That row's mapped column was blank for that specific row — the label is still generated (with an empty barcode field) rather than silently dropped, so check the row number against your source file.
